AVAILABLE RENTAL HOURS
Daytime: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Evening: 4:30pm – 12:00am
*72 HOUR COURTESY HOLD WITH $500 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
*$1,000 deposit needed to book your date.
We Include:
- Our very comfortable indoor and garden space with plants, furniture and fountains.
- 11 guest tables with 8 chairs per table- Additional Tables are available at no extra cost.
- Standard black floor length linens for each table. Additional colors $10 per table (cream, white, red)-
- Seasonal table centerpiece choices- or you are welcome to bring in your own.
- Music and Full sound system throughout each location and in the garden area. Please provide an iPod or a CD With a playlist. DJ options are available for an additional cost. Please inquire.
- DVD Player with a Flat screen TV to showcase a slide show or a video.
- Brides/Bridesmaids Room (Main Level) and Grooms Room (garden level).
- 100 + parking spaces and well lit area.
- A host/Hostess for the evening to assist you and your guests.
Ceremonies: We host beautiful on-site ceremonies, with our without receptions. Cost for a ceremony with a reception/building Rental is $485.
Complete Wedding Packages: They are Available, but not required. Please ask for details for your choice of Catering menus and pricing, cake, invitations, and flowers. Photography and Videography are also available. This package is exclusively created by The Woods on Ninth and it’s Preferred Vendors.
Catering: We recommend using one of our “Preferred” caterers. For a list of those options please visit our website at http://thewoodsonninth.com/preferred-vendors/. Self catering is allowed, choose any food or outside caterer you wish. There is a $100 food service fee (2 buffet tables and 1 cake display table with linens included) – waived if you use one of our preferred catering partners. Setup, service, and cleanup is the responsibility of the food service provider, whoever it is.
Building Rental Pricing
*(Pricing reflects ONE location. For example, TWO Seperate locations will be billed at $400 per hour on the weekends in the evening hours. Garden Area MUST be booked with another level/Location to include restroom access )
SUNDAY-THURSDAY
Daytime: $150 per hour –3 hour minimum ($450)
Evening: $200 per hour—4 hours minimum ($800)
FRIDAY
Daytime: $180 per hour—5 hour minimum ($900)
Evening: $200 per hour—5 hour minimum ($1,000)
SATURDAY
Daytime: $180 per hour— 5 hour minimum ($900)
Evening: $200 per hour— 5 hour minimum ($1,000)

CEREMONY/Ring Ceremony Only- $550: CEREMONY/Ring Ceremony -with Reception/Building Rental $485.00
Ceremony Includes: Brides Room, set up of chairs, Hostess, music, choice of location (inside or in the garden), choice of DJ or iPod, Separate 1 hour Rehearsal, use of staircase, inclement weather options)
BAR-CASH OR SPONSORED BAR – with building rental: additional $475 (This only includes beer and wine, full bar including mixed drinks, beer, wine etc.. cost $600)
Kitchens are available for Rent – $100 per hour (2 hour minimum)
$175 non refundable cleaning Fee on all events
$100 Outside Food Service fee will be charged, if you do not use one of The Woods “Preferred” caterers (please click on the “Preferred Vendors” link for info).
